Starting point: OAEF is the largest local organization of the Norwegian Real Estate Association (NEF). Their need was to distribute information on price developments for property in Oslo and Akershus, distribute invitations to seminars and provide contact information for the members (real estate agents).
Technology: The solution is based on Joomla! CMS. Xcode has used standard components and developed/customized them according to OAEF's needs.
This set of components include enterprise-level charting tools to display statistics, very user-friendly search functionalities and calendar features for publishing events and announcements. It all comes with custom design features implemented in the template made by XCode for the Website.
The result: Oaef.no has become a modern website and a good web tool with easily accessible information.
Price development on properties: The price-page shows price development over the past 36 months in different districts - divided into free-standing houses, shared housing or apartments. Price development for the selected areas are shown in a Flash based graph.
Events calendar: An activity calendar showing seminars, conferences etc. gives a practical overview for the Association´s members.
Find your real estate agent: Over 500 real estate agents are members of OAEF. Now you can easily find contact information for all real estate agents in the Oslo region.
