Metier is a leading project management consultancy and software company based in Scandinavia. They deliver services for project based management and are selling and implementing IT solutions to support this. For one of their IT solutions, Process Director, Xcode has participated in the development of the latest version. Process Director is a portal where project process, methodology and templates are made available for all project participants.

The result:
Process Director 7.2 is implemented and in use in NAV, the government entity in charge of pensions, health payments etc. and with more than 5.000 employees. The use of PD 7.2 gives management easy control of their project portfolio and the project participants help with illustrating the project work flow and necessary milestones to meet and documents to use.
